 The responsibilities we entrust you with -
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own and evolve our pricing strategy for acquiring new merchants or retention
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute price plans end to end from price plan creation to merchant offer to deal approval &amp; post deployment evaluation
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse transaction data to uncover insights and improve margins
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product, sales, and ops to build/ enhance pricing models
 </li>
 <li>
 Track market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory shifts
 </li>
 <li>
 Build dashboards/ tools that help us stay sharp in pricing impact &amp; optimisation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What matters in this role -
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years in business finance, pricing, or strategy roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in cost benefit analysis for new pricing deals
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with MDR, interchange, and transaction cost structures a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on with Excel; SQL, Power BI/Tableau experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Startup mindset &ndash; agile, curious, and ready to hustle
 </li>

 Assistant Manager &ndash; Purchase
 
 to support and streamline procurement operations in our tech-driven organization.  Relevant work experience:
 
 4&ndash;6 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a tech or IT company.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Profession bachelor&rsquo;s degree / certificate in related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of IT products (hardware/software/services) procurement is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
