 Role Purpose -
 
 
 
 Responsible for Retail strategy in order to ensure that the long-term strategic and financial objectives are achieved. Responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the retail network, ensuring that the short-term sales objectives are reached
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities we entrust you with -
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Engage with merchants to introduce and promote the Payment solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand the merchant's business model, payment requirements, and integration needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to merchant requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to design and propose customized payment solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a strategic advisor to key accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant stakeholders to drive long-term business growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously monitor merchant performance and provide insights to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What matters in this role -
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2 to 4 years in Individual Contributor capacity in frontline sales role or account management role
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in POS/Payment gateway solution sales
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in the UAE region
 </li>
