Job Summary:The qualified candidate will undertake all aspects of administrative work including accounting, and development of internal control policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain the daily accounts and administrative tasks.</li><li>Manage/monitor daily office operation.</li><li>Manage/Monitor logistics and resources.</li><li>Responsible for providing secretarial service.</li><li>Responsible for handling telephone/fax and being responsible for all incoming calls/faxes and communicating to relevant persons and projects.</li><li>Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned.</li><li>Handling Petty Cash.</li><li>Creating a positive office environment</li><li>Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.</li><li>Manage and organize office schedules, meetings, and appointments.</li><li>Maintain and update company records, databases, and files.</li><li>Handle correspondence and communication, both internal and external.</li><li>Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.</li><li>Maintain employee records, including time and attendance records.</li><li>Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments.</li><li>Maintain records of vendor agreements and transactions.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial software.</li><li>Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).</li><li>Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.</li><li>Prior experience in accounting, finance, and administrative roles is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in ZOHO ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
