 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ideal candidate will be proficient with QuickBooks Online.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage multiple operating, trust, and escrow accounts, including the processing of incoming and outgoing wire transfers, preparation of financial statements, and administration of annual 1099 reporting.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Tasks will also include Annual Report renewals, UCC filings, and renewal of insurance policies.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Candidate will need to learn Qualia (real estate processing software); Candidate will also need to become skilled with Sage (f/k/a Timeslips), the firm&rsquo;s billing software.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 Salary commensurate with experience.&nbsp;65,000 to 80,000
 
 
 &nbsp;
