 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Project Planning and Execution
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Analyze project requirements and recommend optimal methodologies for home automation installations.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prepare detailed installation plans, resource allocation, and technical documentation before project execution.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Supervise and monitor installation activities on-site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Conduct thorough site surveys and submit regular project status, inspection, and quality control reports.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create and manage detailed work plans and schedules, ensuring that all phases are completed on time and within budget.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Home Automation System Implementation
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Lead installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of smart automation systems (lighting control, HVAC automation, energy management, multimedia systems, and smart security integration).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure proper functionality and interoperability of all connected devices through Z-Wave protocols (knowledge of ZigBee, KNX, or similar protocols is a plus).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop system programming, scenario configurations, and user interface customization for client needs.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Implement smart home and smart office solutions with high attention to reliability, security, and user experience.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technical Supervision and Team Leadership
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Manage and coordinate technical teams during installation, programming, and commissioning phases.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Provide on-the-job technical guidance, quality inspections, and real-time issue resolution.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Deliver training sessions for internal teams and clients on system usage and management.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Client Interaction and Support

 Act as the main technical point of contact for clients during project delivery and post-installation support.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Conduct client handover sessions including system demonstrations, user training, and documentation provision.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Gather client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for future upgrades.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Documentation and Compliance
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Maintain complete and accurate technical documentation including system drawings, configuration files, and operational manuals.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure that all systems are deployed following safety regulations, best practices, and technical standards.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience specifically in home automation, smart home systems, or building automation projects.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in Z-Wave technologies (knowledge of ZigBee, KNX, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy is a plus).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in smart lighting control, HVAC integration, audiovisual systems, IoT solutions, and smart energy management.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and automation system designs.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to technical details.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage projects and technical teams effectively.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 High-level communication skills for client-facing interactions and technical discussions.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with project management and documentation software.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
