 Remote Customer Service Representative &ndash; Trades Industry (PST)
 
 
 Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified call center providing remote customer service support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service companies across the U.S. We support multiple clients at once and operate in a fast-paced, highly organized environment where clear communication and reliability matter.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Answer inbound calls for home service clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide professional, friendly customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Build positive, professional relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality support

 Navigate multiple systems while supporting multiple clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent client brands with consistency and care

 Schedule &amp; Availability
 
 
 We hire great people first and build schedules that work for both our team and our clients. Our team operates
 
 Monday through Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM PST
