 Salary
 
 &ndash; 6,000 &ndash; 8,000 AED/month
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; 2-4 years of social media management experience
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
 
 
 &bull; Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as SocialBakers, Sprout
 
 
 Social, Hootsuite or HubSpot
 
 
 &bull; Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
 
 
 &bull; Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and/or any other editing
 
 
 applications is a plus
 
 
 &bull; A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms,
 
 
 particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
 
 
 &bull; Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how
 
 
 to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
 
 
 &bull; The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
 
 
 &bull; A proven ability to work quickly, efficiently and meticulous attention to detail
 
 
 &bull; Excellent team work and networking skills.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Design and implement social media strategy to align with the clients&rsquo; business
 
 
 goals
 
 
 &bull; Create social content supporting the junior team
 
 
 &bull; Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
 
 
 &bull; Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like
 
 
 promotions and competitions
 
 
 &bull; Source imagery from brands and/or brief in requests for the creation of
 
 
 additional assets required to align with the content strategy
 
 
 &bull; Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google
 
 
 Analytics and others
 
 
 &bull; Monitor comments and communication with the
 
 
 community, ensuring the correct departments are made aware and assisting
 
 
 in queries in a timely manner.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain, schedule and managing all portfolio social calendars with brand
 
 
 marketing assets and delivery analysis for format series during most engaged
 
 
 audience time/day
 
 
 &bull; Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-
 
 
 face (agency roles)
