The SAP Payroll Expert will be responsible for PCR (Personal Calculation Rule) reading &amp; writing, SAP, Configuration, any ticketing tool exp, Canada or US payroll, SAP HCM module.</p>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Represent Pinkerton&rsquo;s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li><li>
Work with client success teams to translate customer/business needs into technical procedures.</li><li>
Enhance and maintain our business intelligence platform to deliver improved analytics for end users.</li><li>
Provide support and streamlining of data consolidation processes.</li><li>
 Understand optimization opportunities based on product roadmap, business challenges and innovation options.</li><li>
All other duties, as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

6 - 8 years rel of SAP HR experience must. Should have experience of working in large/remote teams. Experience in Agile tools is preferred (Jira, etc.). Should have worked on at least one support project with good understanding of SLA times for incidents, requirements, and HR cases. Expertise or knowledge of any data comparison tool to do the larger number of data records comparison for an employee is an advantage- <b>good to have but not mandatory</b></div><div><br>

Good understanding of the product release management, and year-end activities (HRSPs, Time and Payroll calendars).</li><li>
Good communication skills to operate in virtual environment and manage expectation with internal and external stakeholders.
</li><li>Core HR (Organizational Management / Personnel Administration).</li><li>
Creation of Personnel Actions.</li><li>
Experience in writing Dynamic Actions.</li><li>
Creation of objects in OM.</li><li>
Understanding of reporting, Org to Org, Org to Pos etc.</li><li>
Canada Payroll &amp; Benefits (On-premise, S4).</li><li>
Generic knowledge of end-to-end payroll process.</li><li>
Expertise in writing PCRs in Payroll.</li><li>
Worked on year-end activities and HRSPs.<br>
Experience of benefits (Canada Pension Plans), usage of User EXITS etc.</li></ul><div><b>
