Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Production Planning and Coordination: Creating and managing production schedules, coordinating with design, sourcing, and factory teams, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Sample Management: Tracking and processing samples, updating sample statuses, and ensuring samples are available for review.</li><li>Communication: Communicating with internal teams (design, sales, etc.) and external vendors (factories, suppliers) regarding production updates, changes, and potential issues.</li><li>Order Management: Maintaining records of purchase orders (POs), tracking order status, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.</li><li>Logistics and Shipping: Assisting with packing, shipping, and logistics for retail and VIP orders, including preparing necessary documentation.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving production issues, communicating changes, and ensuring smooth workflow.</li><li>Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of production data, quality control reports, and other relevant information.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in completing tasks and identifying errors.</li><li>Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and vendors.</li><li>Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to production.</li><li>Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive team environment.</li><li>Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for record keeping and communication.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
