About the Role

The Sales Account Representative position is an exciting opportunity for motivated, relationship-driven professionals who are passionate about business development and client engagement. As an integral member of our team, you will serve as a strategic partner to fertility clinics, healthcare providers, and pharmacy partners by building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting account success across your designated territory.

We are seeking a Sales Account Representative to join our dedicated team at NewEra Pharmacy. This is a full-time remote position working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with fertility clinics, healthcare providers, and strategic business partners within the assigned territory.</li>
<li>Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities to drive territory growth and increase market presence.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing account support.</li>
<li>Collaborate strategically with the Pharmacy Director, sales leadership, and pharmacy operations teams to align business objectives and maximize growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Conduct regular outreach, presentations, and meetings with clients to strengthen partnerships and promote pharmacy services.</li>
<li>Monitor account performance, provide updates on market trends, and identify opportunities for operational or service improvements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of client needs and expectations.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline updates, and territory performance within CRM systems.</li>
<li>Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and client meetings as needed.</li>
<li>Stay informed on fertility industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving client needs within the healthcare landscape.</li>
<li>Support special projects, initiatives, and additional duties as assigned.</li>

Position Requirements
<ul>
<li>Education &amp; Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1&ndash;3 years of sales, account management, business development, or client relationship experience required.</li>
<li>Healthcare, pharmacy, fertility, or medical sales experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Experience managing client relationships and growing business within a designated territory preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools is a plus.</li>

<li>Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.</li>

</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits
<ul>
<li>Salary Range: $90,000 &ndash; $110,000 annually (Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).</li>
