Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum two years of medical sales experience required.</li><li>
 Established relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and ALFs within West Volusia County or surrounding areas strongly preferred; an existing book of business is a plus.</li><li>
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.</li><li>
Exhibits organizational skills, professional appearance, behavior, and a service attitude toward the community and others.</li><li>
Ability to be flexible regarding working hours.</li><li>
Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.</li><li>
Ability to travel within and out of geographic territory as needed.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Analyze potential prospects within specific market territory by reviewing past and current marketing data.</li><li>
Develop relationships with prospective sources, physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and ALFs to enhance sales growth.</li><li>
Maintain an accurate account list for all prospective referral sources and maintain physician profiles and weekly territory sales call plans.</li><li>
Understand and accurately promote services provided within the assigned territory.</li><li>
Attend community meetings and events within prospective territory to educate on agency services.</li><li>
Communicate and assist operations as needed to ensure timely admissions, patient, and referral source satisfaction.</li><li>
Meet with referral partners and patients to ensure a full continuum of care.</li><li>
Track all patient referrals daily through start of care.</li><li>
Organize, distribute, and track respective patient documents for organization.</li><li>
Meet or exceed sales target for growth.</li><li>
Create weekly plans reflecting appropriate daily sales calls.</li><li>
Develop focus-driven marketing strategy with sales manager on a weekly basis.</li><li>
Maintain market awareness and communicate updates effectively.</li><li>
Attend company sales meetings and trainings.</li><li>
Adhere to company's HIPAA privacy, business ethics, and compliance programs.</li><li>
Ability to travel within and out of geographic territory as needed.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
