Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and skilled ID Fit-Out Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience, in UAE, working on interior design fit-out projects, preferably large-scale projects, in the Middle East. The role involves coordinating with multiple vendors to develop detailed shop drawings and ensuring the design specifications are executed accurately.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drafting &amp; Detailing: Create precise and comprehensive shop drawings for ID fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with design intent and technical specifications.</li><li>Vendor Coordination: Liaise with multiple vendors and subcontractors to gather necessary information and ensure drawings align with their work requirements.</li><li>Project Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, specifications, and drawings.</li><li>Quality Control: Ensure that all drawings and documents comply with project standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.</li><li>Design Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to integrate design changes and ensure that final output matches project goals.</li><li>Site Visits: Conduct site surveys as required to gather data for drawings or to verify project progress.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working as an ID Fit-Out Draftsman, specifically on interior design fit-out projects (large-scale projects preferred).</li><li>Industry Experience: Experience in working on projects within the Middle East is highly desirable, with familiarity in local regulations and standards.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD.</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction techniques.</li><li>Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings.</li><li>Communication Skills:</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (designers, vendors, contractors).</li><li>Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify potential issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.</li><li>Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in creating drawings and documents, ensuring all details are captured.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Previous experience with large-scale fit-out projects in commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors.</li><li>Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other advanced design technologies is a plus.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract
