Job Summary</b></h2><p>
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales efforts of their assigned venue. This position will act as front-line sales for the venue sales team and will be responsible for generating all Scope of Work (SOW) and Contracts for their leads. The Sales Manager will be tasked to move leads through their respective sales funnel using our Company&rsquo;s proprietary sales process, focusing on connection, prequalification, solutions, and more.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Functions</b></h2><ul><li>
Serve as a sales subject matter expert and ambassador for the designated hotel sales team.</li><li>
Generate and revise scope of work, quotes, proposals and contracts based on the needs of venue leads requiring AV products and services.</li><li>
Utilize the Company&rsquo;s proprietary sales process as directed by the National Director of Venue Sales and/or Venue Director of Sales, including the prequalification of leads, quote generation, timely contract confirmations, pricing and service negotiations, follow-up, and more.</li><li>
Build a deep knowledge of Pinnacle Live&rsquo;s products and offerings; display a passion for learning and understanding new technologies.</li><li>
Provide hotel leads with necessary resources, i.e., layouts, renderings and visuals, product suggestions, etc.</li><li>
Enter all pertinent client information into Pinnacle Live&rsquo;s CRM platform, and develop and drive an individual sales strategy that includes individual and team funnel, and sales activity reporting.</li><li>
Communicate and collaborate effectively with the In-Venue Sales team and the National Director of Venue Sales.</li><li>
Focus on building outstanding relationships, lines of communication, and trust within the hotel sales team and Pinnacle Live internal teams.</li><li>
Represent Pinnacle Live and hotel venue during site visits, planning meetings, pre-convention and debrief meetings.</li><li>
Deliver &ldquo;Gold Standard&rdquo; customer experiences throughout the sales process, event execution, and post-event follow-up.</li><li>
Manage accurate and timely billing of events and clients.</li><li>

Education &amp; Experience</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience</li><li>
Minimum of two (2) year of experience in a customer service facing role; prior sales experience in the hospitality industry preferred</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM platforms, ability to generate high-quality insights into sales activity and progress</li><li>
Production and Staging experience are preferred</li><li>
Scenic and D&eacute;cor experience is preferred</li><li>
Rigging, Electrical, and Exhibit experience is preferred</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Job Summary</b></h2><p>
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) has both administrative and strategic responsibilities, serving as an advisor and partner in the assigned market as part of a matrix team, implementing and administering Human Resources programs or policies for In-Venue team members. This role balances business objectives with people strategies, ensuring alignment between Operations, Customer Experience, Talent Acquisition, Training, FP&amp;A, Transitions and Specialty Services (Networking and Rigging). The HRBP will report to and collaborate with the wider Human Resources organization to ensure consistency across the enterprise by leading critical functions such as onboarding, compliance, employee relations, leave administration, performance management, Compensation and Benefits for the assigned market.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Functions</b></h2><ul><li>
Conduct team member onboarding and compliance training initiatives</li><li>
Provide counsel and support to team members regarding Leave of Absences, Payroll, Benefit plan inquiries and other team member questions</li><li>
Provide counsel to managers in dispute resolution, employee relations, occupational health and safety, and investigations</li><li>
Administer DEI&amp;B initiatives, team member engagement and recognition, Compensation, and Benefit plans</li><li>
Collaborate with leaders to develop team capabilities through coaching, feedback, and performance management</li><li>
Support annual review cycles, career pathing, and leadership development programs</li><li>
Identify skill gaps and partner with Learning &amp; Development to support targeted training efforts</li><li>
Assist in the development of Human Resources policies and change management initiatives</li><li>
Maintain team member e-Personnel files and other mandatory paperwork</li><li>
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws and update policies and procedures when necessary</li><li>

Coordinate venue opening and closing activities with various departments and leaders, including Market Director, Strategic Accounts and Transitions; Ensure team members are informed, supported and engaged during transitions</li><li>
Partner with Market Director on talent development and succession planning within and across markets</li><li>
Act as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing Pinnacle Live&rsquo;s values through communication and leadership alignment</li><li>
Use HR data and analytics to influence decisions, track trends, and measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives</li><li>

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; Planning, assigning, coaching, mentoring, directing work; Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education &amp; Experience</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience equivalency</li><li>
5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2-3 years as a strategic HRBP or equivalent role.</li><li>
Experience working within a multi-state, multi-site and/or matrix environment preferred</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
