This role provides critical support in general warehouse tasks, material handling, and shipping/receiving operations. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>General Warehouse Support: Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Material Handling: Efficiently move, stack, and retrieve materials and products within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).</li><li>Shipping and Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including inspecting deliveries, verifying contents, preparing packages, and coordinating with carriers.</li><li>Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, update inventory records, and report discrepancies to supervisors.</li><li>Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.</li><li>Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.</li><li>Must be able to pass a full background check</li><li>Must be able to pass a Drug Test</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.</li><li>Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided).</li><li>Attributes:</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and a team player.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.</li><li>Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to work in varying temperatures within the warehouse environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
