Your Role: Regional Account Manager (RAM) &ndash; North</b></div><div>
As a Regional Account Manager, you will partner with our Commercial and Operations teams to drive new contracts and strengthen existing relationships across your Gulf Coast territory. You will be essential in building and nurturing a strong book of business, St. Louis Area</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li><b>
Customer Portfolio Management:</b> Build, nurture, and manage relationships with new and existing customers using prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.</li><li><b>
Customer Engagement:</b> Travel regularly to customer sites to educate, conduct sales, perform site surveys, and provide support on commercial and operational tasks.</li><li><b>
Customer Lifecycle Ownership:</b> Oversee customer experience from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring a positive experience throughout.</li><li><b>
Sales Growth:</b> Drive new sales volume by securing contracts through organic leads, marketing-driven prospects, and personal outreach.</li><li><b>
CRM and Data Management:</b> Use Salesforce.com to manage customer database health, track new prospects, and report opportunities.</li><li><b>
Onboarding Ownership:</b> Facilitate new customer onboarding to ensure seamless transitions and satisfaction.</li><li><b>
Goal Achievement:</b> Meet and exceed annual volume and margin goals as set by the Commercial Leadership team.</li><li><b>
Marketing Support:</b> Assist in executing customer events and follow up on leads within your coverage area.</li><li><b>
Customer Success Measurement:</b> Communicate a positive ROI for all new customers to Operations and Commercial teams.</li><li><b>
Payment Assistance:</b> Support Accounts Receivable with customer payments, ensuring compliance with terms.</li><li><b>
Project Management:</b> Prioritize and monitor ongoing projects, providing performance updates as needed.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What You Bring: Essential Skills and Qualifications</b></div><ul><li><b>
Experience:</b> 3-5 years in B2B sales and customer relationship management, with decision-makers.</li><li><b>
Technical Proficiency:</b> Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li><b>
Industry Knowledge:</b> Familiarity with the Oil and Gas or related sectors.</li><li><b>
Communication Skills:</b> Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including C-level executives.</li><li><b>
Problem-Solving Mindset:</b> Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented, with an entrepreneurial approach.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Base salary + sales commission (paid monthly)</li><li>
