Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administration.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales and revenue targets.</li><li>Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure high productivity and performance.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Monitor branch expenses, budgets, and profitability.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and operational standards.</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and branch performance.</li><li>Drive local marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and community engagement.</li><li>Maintain a safe, professional, and customer-friendly branch environment.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>5+ years of experience in sales/operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Automobile industry experience preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service excellence.</li><li>Good knowledge of CRM tools, dealership operations, and MS Office.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
