Job Description: Office AdministratorPosition Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations, coordinate with financial institutions, and support data management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and a keen sense of organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Computer Operations: Proficient use of office software (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.) for documentation, reporting, and communication.</li><li>Bank Coordination: Liaise with banks for account management, documentation, and financial transactions.</li><li>Data Entry &amp; Management: Accurately input and maintain data in company systems and databases.</li><li>Valuation Report Preparation: Assist in compiling and formatting valuation reports based on provided data and templates.</li><li>Administrative Support: Handle general office duties including filing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Communication &amp; Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between departments, clients, and external agencies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Graduation in any field</li><li>Strong knowledge of computers and office software</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Prior experience in administrative or banking coordination roles is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
