Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and automation systems.</li><li>Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure timely restoration of plant equipment.</li><li>Calibrate and maintain field instruments such as transmitters, sensors, pressure/temperature instruments, and control loops.</li><li>Work with Gas Analysers, VFDs, Auto Packers, Roto Packers, Weigh-feeders, Pneumatic Equipment, Networking Systems, and I/O modules.</li><li>Conduct spare parts testing, evaluation, and perform in-house repairs when possible.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.</li><li>Follow all plant safety procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Handle shift maintenance activities independently and coordinate with operations and other maintenance teams as required.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>ITI or Diploma in Instrumentation.</li><li>6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the cement industry (mandatory).</li><li>Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, automation components, and industrial control systems used in cement plants.</li><li>Proven ability in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.</li><li>Hands-on experience in calibration, repair, and maintenance of industrial instrumentation.</li><li>Ability to work independently, especially during shift operations.</li><li>Good communication, teamwork skills, and strong adherence to safety protocols.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current Salary</li><li>Expectation Salary</li><li>Notice Period</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Cement industry: 8 years (Required)</li><li>Instrumentation Technician: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>
