Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design high-quality, visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and platforms.</li><li>Develop engaging banners, brochures, posters, email templates, landing pages, and other digital assets.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered tools, and industry best practices.</li><li>Innovate and experiment with design techniques to boost engagement and visual impact.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in a digital marketing agency is a strong plus).</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite &ndash; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.</li><li>Working knowledge of design tools like Figma and Canva.</li><li>A strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates expertise in digital creatives, branding, and marketing materials.</li><li>Solid understanding of design principles, color psychology, typography, and user-centric design.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing strategies, social media trends, and performance-driven creative development.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
