Job Summary As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities through effective management of maintenance activities. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee maintenance projects, and ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will be vital as you maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in our manufacturing environment.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Manage maintenance management systems, including utilizing App Work, to track work orders and turn key process.</li><li>Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of assigned community.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and high- and low-voltage equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Lead projects related to facilities management, including upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance initiatives.</li><li>Provide training and mentorship to team members as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and develop strategies for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams within an multifamily setting.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems, plumbing and HVAC.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with project management principles to effectively lead maintenance initiatives.</li><li>Proficiency in English for clear communication across diverse teams.</li><li>Over 5 years of previous experience working with HVAC systems</li><li>Over 3 years of previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in multifamily housing.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally. Job Title: Property ManagerAs a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of a 419 unit residential property. Your expertise will shine as you oversee property leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations, creating an environment where both residents and properties thrive. You&rsquo;ll be the driving force behind maintaining high occupancy rates while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with tenants.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing, showings, and tenant screenings</li><li>Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure a safe and welcoming environment</li><li>Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws</li><li>Utilize Yardi, CRM and LRO software for efficient property management operations</li><li>Handle conflict management with tenants to resolve issues promptly and effectively</li><li>Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure the best terms for the property</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and administrative tasks</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations</li><li>Proficient in property management software such as Yardi Voyager</li><li>Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on customer relationship management</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Experience with distressed assets.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in multifamily housing in a role equal to property manager or higher.</li><li>Proven sales skills with an ability to upsell services or amenities</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it hereWe are dedicated to creating an environment where our employees can flourish both professionally and personally.
