 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The general role for the VMC Machine Operator is to measure each large and small component to ensure they will fit together properly in the final design as well as is to identify potential problems by understanding machine specifications and drawings before the production process. It shall be noted that LIN SCAN has Subsidiaries around the world and although the Turner reports to the Production supervisor, the responsibility of the Turner is to ensure that all tasks related to his scope of work are executed according to the HSE standards and in accordance with the plan, corporate standards and policy approved by the Corporate Office.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities &amp; Authorities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable to do the programming of Operating with three axis machines (X, Y, Z)
 </li>
 <li>
 Make programs by master CAM Or any other software
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of operating Fanuc &amp; Siemens controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Required sufficient knowledge of VMC Machines (3-axis &amp; 4-Axis)
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to do trouble shooting of VMC machines for the daily base minor issues
 </li>
 <li>
 To translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
 </li>
 <li>
 To measure each large and small component to ensure they will fit together properly in the final design
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
 </li>
 <li>
 To identify potential problems by understanding machine specifications and drawings before the production process
 </li>
 <li>
 To manufacture metal components and assemble them to construct tools, industrial machinery, and machine components
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to maintain safe operation of the machines without any damage to machines
 </li>
 <li>
 To take accurate measurements

 Skills/Experience:

 High School Diploma or equivalent education level

 Pipeline Integrity Engineer
 
 is responsible for performing comprehensive Fitness-for-Service assessment studies on client&rsquo;s pipelines using API 579 and other international standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities &amp; Authorities

 Perform FFP evaluations of clients&rsquo; assets based on Level 1 &amp; 2 assessments of damage mechanisms.

 Performing RSTRENG calculations per clients&rsquo; requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform Abaqus simulation models for corroded components
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate inspection data into Abaqus simulation and perform analysis for degraded components
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate repair options and make recommendations to clients.

 Team leadership and collaboration

 Develop training material related to Pipeline Integrity
 </li>

 Lead, mentor, and train a team of Integrity Engineers within the corporation, ensuring their skills are up-to-date and that they are consistently applying high-quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) on Integrity Engineering during internal and external audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with clients, project managers, and integrity engineers to understand project requirements and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate complex findings and data-driven narratives to senior management and other non-technical stakeholders.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills/Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 8 -10 years&rsquo; experience in Pipeline integrity in the Oil and Gas industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in API 579, ASME codes, Abaqus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong professional command of written and spoken English in addition to communication skills is a must
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
