About the Graduate Academy
The Pipeline Gurus Graduate Academy is a structured entry program designed to develop graduates into professional B2B sales specialists.
This is not a traditional internship. Participants work on real client accounts while receiving hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to build practical enterprise sales skills.
Successful candidates will develop the foundation required to transition into Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development roles.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers
</li><li>Execute outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email
</li><li>Support pipeline generation for international technology clients
</li><li>Book and coordinate qualified discovery meetings
</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking (HubSpot)
</li><li>Assist in account research and opportunity qualification
</li><li>Participate in weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews
</li><li>Follow structured outreach and reporting processes

Requirements

Recent graduate or had one semester left or early career professional (0&ndash;2 years experience)
