What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3>
We&rsquo;re looking for a Fabrication Project Manager who can own projects from concept to delivery. You&rsquo;ll bring a strong background in steel and sheet metal fabrication (ideally with hands-on workshop experience) and combine it with project leadership and supplier management.
This role is more than technical&mdash;it&rsquo;s about driving supplier relationships, expanding the network, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end fabrication projects, from design to delivery.
</li><li>Grow and diversify the supplier network across regions and capabilities.
</li><li>Lead all supplier communications: pricing, project updates, timelines, and delivery.
</li><li>Apply reverse engineering and tooling design to meet customer requirements.
</li><li>Prepare manufacturing packages (drawings, DXF files, technical documentation).
</li><li>Maintain quality documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
</li><li>Onboard suppliers to the platform and ensure proper alignment with processes.</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>4&ndash;5 years of experience in manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication.
</li><li>Hands-on expertise in tooling design, sheet metal processes, and workshop practices.
</li><li>Strong skills in reverse engineering and CAD/CAM tools.
</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
</li><li>Excellent communication and supplier management skills.
</li><li>Analytical problem-solver with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
</li><li>Willingness to conduct regular supplier/site visits (owning a car is highly preferred).</li>
