 We&rsquo;re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can lead end-to-end product design for complex, data-rich applications. This role involves everything from user research and information architecture to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct user research and synthesize insights into personas and journey maps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define task flows and interaction patterns for enterprise-grade applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Run usability tests and iterate based on findings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain design systems and accessibility standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What we&rsquo;re looking for:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for complex workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with user research, interaction design, and data visualization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to design dashboards and operational tools with clear hierarchy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with responsive design and front-end constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in B2B or mission-critical environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
 </li>
 </ul>
