Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-impact video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, retail promotions, and brand storytelling</li>
<li>Turn ideas into polished content quickly while maintaining strong creative standards</li>
<li>Capture the energy, lifestyle, and personality behind our wellness brands</li>
<li>Create motion graphics, animations, reels, branded content, and visual effects that stop consumers</li>
<li>Develop content optimized for digital advertising, presentations, and wholesale initiatives</li>
<li>Take projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight</li>
<li>Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and always looking for the next creative opportunity</li>
<li>Thrive under deadlines and manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Work closely with marketing, creative, and brand teams to execute campaigns that are visually compelling and strategically aligned</li>
<li>Bring fresh ideas, trends, and creative energy to the table consistently</li>
<li>Perform professional editing, color correction, audio balancing, sound design, and post-production enhancements</li>
<li>Maintain organized project files and creative assets while delivering content efficiently and on schedule</li>
<li>A self-starter mentality with the drive to create, improve, and execute without waiting to be asked</li>
<li>Ability to move quickly while balancing creativity and business priorities</li>
<li>Passion for storytelling, branding, social media, and consumer engagement</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>2–3+ years of experience in video production, multimedia design, or digital content creation</li>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, lifestyle content, and brand storytelling</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition</li>
<li>Experience with camera operation, lighting, audio equipment, and content optimization for social and digital platforms</li>

Video and Multimedia Designer

Summary of Role: 
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for supervising production and distribution center (DC) operations in a lean manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse environment; assisting the Senior Department Supervisor, Operations in coordinating the processing of materials and/or products in the manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse facilities; supervising employees while monitoring production output and quality of products; and assuring products meet quality and delivery requirements.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company policies, safety policies and practices, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</li>
<li>Responsible at all times for ensuring that tasks are performed according to food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li>Responsible at all times for promoting a safety culture and safety awareness within their area of responsibility. Support and enforce all plant safety policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.</li>
<li>Under the guidance of the Senior Department Supervisor, Operations, directs shift activities and processes to meet customer needs and assists with the capturing and reporting of plant KPI's.</li>
<li>Communicates with the Senior Department Supervisor, Operations regarding staffing levels, materials, machines, methods and metrics.</li>
<li>Assists with training employees in safety, quality, productivity, and operational requirements.</li>
<li>Provides clear and factual feedback to Senior Department Supervisor, Operations regarding corrective actions.</li>
<li>Leads team in ensuring continuous improvement and lean opportunities are communicated and executed.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring that all sanitation and good housekeeping procedures and guidelines are followed.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>HS Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibility, required.</li>
</ul>
Key Competencies & Attributes: 
<ul>
<li>Excellent communications skills – ability to communicate clearly and concisely in multiple media – verbal, written, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced work environment, calm under pressure and flexibility to direct work force and adapt to changing schedules as appropriate.</li>
<li>Experience with MS Office Suite. SAP experience a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of production operation, including equipment, materials, workflow, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality at all times and in all situations.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain punctuality and predictable attendance.</li>
</ul>
WORKING CONDITIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment and clean room attire.</li>
<li>Moderate physical activity, requires standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day and up to twelve (12) hours per shift.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform work onsite and be comfortable in a light industrial environment, including some exposure to non-toxic dust.</li>
</ul>
Shift Schedule : Friday to Sunday and every other Thursday 5PM to 5AM
