</li></ul><p>3. <b>Cost Control and Financial Performance:
</b></p><ul><li>Drive cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and process improvements.
</li><li>Oversee the budget for procurement-related expenses, tracking and reporting on performance to executive leadership.
</li><li>Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to optimize procurement strategies and report on performance metrics.
</li></ul><p>4. <b>Sustainability and Compliance:
</b></p><ul><li>Champion sustainable and ethical sourcing practices, ensuring alignment with the company&rsquo;s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate policies across procurement activities.
</li></ul><p><b>Competencies :
</b></p><ul><li>Exceptional negotiation skills, with experience managing complex supplier relationships and contracts.
</li><li>Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a focus on cost savings and value creation.
</li><li>Familiarity with digital procurement tools, usage of AI / ML based models, Experience with procurement platforms (e.g., GEP SMART, SAP Ariba, Coupa) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, S4HANA etc.).
</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
</li><li>Deep understanding of engineering and capital project lifecycles.
</li><li>Understanding of contract management procedures and legal compliance.
</li><li>Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement and sourcing.

Associate General Manager- Supply Chain

<div><p><b>Route Design &amp; Development:
</b></p><ul><li>Develop novel and non-infringing synthetic routes for APIs and key intermediates.
</li><li>Evaluate literature and patent landscape for synthetic feasibility and freedom to operate.

</b></p><ul><li>Conduct lab-scale synthesis and optimize reaction conditions for yield, purity, and scalability.
</li><li>Support process development and scale-up activities from lab to kilo-lab and plant level.
</li></ul><p><b>Analytical &amp; Regulatory Support:
</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate with Analytical R&amp;D for impurity profiling and characterization of intermediates.
