Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Route Planning and Scheduling: Organize and optimize transportation routes for efficiency, ensuring on-time deliveries.</li><li>Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of the vehicle fleet to ensure they are in safe and working condition.</li><li>Compliance and Safety: Ensure that transportation operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to safety, health, and environmental standards.</li><li>Budget Management: Control costs related to transportation, including fuel, vehicle maintenance, and wages, while looking for opportunities to reduce expenses.</li><li>Driver Management: Recruit, train, and supervise drivers, ensuring they are following best practices and adhering to regulations (e.g., working hours, licensing).</li><li>Customer Service: Work closely with customers to ensure their delivery requirements are met, and resolve any issues that may arise in transportation.</li><li>Logistics Coordination: Liaise with other departments (e.g., warehouses, procurement) to coordinate the movement of goods.</li><li>Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage, and generate reports as needed.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential risks in transportation, such as accidents or delays, and develop plans to mitigate them.</li><li>Technology Utilization: Use transport management software to track shipments, vehicles, and optimize routes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
