We are frequently recognized as one of the leading trademark firms in the country. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support our firm's marketing and business development initiatives. You'll play a key role in enhancing our visibility, strengthening client relationships, and driving new business opportunities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.What You'll Do<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies working closely with our Communications and Events Committees</li><li>Create compelling marketing materials including attorney bios, capability profiles, and digital content</li><li>Manage submissions to major legal rankings (Chambers, Legal 500, WTR 1000, IP Stars)</li><li>Coordinate RFP responses and maintain our proposal archive</li><li>Oversee our CRM system and ensure data quality for marketing campaigns</li><li>Plan and execute client events, seminars, and networking activities</li><li>Maintain website content and implement SEO best practices</li><li>Manage our LinkedIn presence and monitor online reputation</li><li>Handle legal directory management and brand consistency across all platforms</li><li>Support budget management and expense tracking for marketing initiatives</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field</li><li>2+ years of marketing experience (professional services/legal industry preferred)</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media tools</li><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Experience with SEO, web analytics, and content management systems</li><li>Exceptional writing, organizational, and project management abilities</li><li>Professional demeanor for client interactions and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment</li></ul>Why Join Us?This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our firm's growth while working with a talented team of legal professionals.
