Overview Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Hose Service Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial hoses across a variety of heavy equipment and machinery. We are committed to supporting your growth with comprehensive training and ongoing development.Responsibilities<ul><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, air brake, suspension, and other mechanical systems on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, tractors, car haulers and farm machinery.</li><li>Fabricate, assemble, and repair hoses using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications and schematics to ensure precise fit and function.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, excavators, and crane trucks to access work sites safely.</li><li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other specialized tools to complete repairs efficiently.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for hose replacement or equipment repair projects at customer sites.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction and good documentation of the service provided.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience working in mechanical environments, heavy machinery a plus but not necessary.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge/interest required. Knowledge of industrial equipment, farm machinery, and welding techniques are a plus.</li><li>Ability to read schematics and OEM manuals accurately for precise repair requirements.</li><li>Skilled in fabrication techniques including assembly, welding, soldering, and strong sense of ability to problem solve.</li><li>Familiarity with operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, cranes, tractor-trailers, and other industrial vehicles.</li><li>Experience with hydraulic and industrial hose systems preferred.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills for interacting with clients on-site or remotely.
