We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to manage all accounting functions and support warehouse and stock operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial management, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Accounting &amp; Finance:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records and prepare comprehensive financial statements.</li><li>Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and intercompany accounts.</li><li>Prepare and file taxes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance.</li><li>Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls.</li><li>Prepare detailed management reports, financial analysis, and variance analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Support year-end closing and external audit processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate fixed assets and depreciation schedules.</li><li>Assist in HR, payroll, and employee record management when required.</li><li>Assist in resolving legal, compliance, or regulatory matters as required.</li><li>Work professionally and take initiative as needed to support the company.</li></ul>Warehouse &amp; Stock Management:<ul><li>Oversee inventory, stock movements, and warehouse operations.</li><li>Ensure proper recording of goods received, issued, and returned in Odoo.</li><li>Perform regular stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.</li><li>Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain optimal inventory levels.</li><li>Monitor stock valuation and cost adjustments in the accounting system.</li></ul>ERP &amp; System Management:<ul><li>Utilize Odoo ERP for accounting, stock, and reporting tasks.</li><li>Ensure accurate data entry and proper integration between accounting and warehouse modules.</li><li>Assist in implementing process improvements and automation in Odoo.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Ready to join immediately.</li><li>Willing to transfer visa after probation (1 to 3 months).</li><li>Must confirm reading and understanding of the full job description.</li><li>NOC (No Objection Certificate) is available.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
