This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting while contributing to the overall success of our organization.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, ensuring all records are up-to-date and well-organized</li><li>Handle scheduling and calendar management for team members, coordinating appointments and meetings efficiently</li><li>Assist with office management duties, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, offering support or redirecting as needed</li><li>Support document preparation through word processing, proofreading, and formatting to maintain high-quality standards</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing clerical responsibilities with precision and timeliness</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software and spreadsheets</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for managing financial records</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication</li><li>Demonstrated experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles with a focus on front desk operations</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and team members</li><li>Strong typing speed combined with proofreading skills for accurate data entry and document review</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques to meet deadlines consistently</li><li>Previous personal assistant or administrative experience that includes calendar management and client communication is advantageous</li></ul>Join us as an Administration Assistant where your enthusiasm, technical proficiency, and organizational prowess will make a meaningful impact every day!Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
