<div><div>The Pittsburgh Steelers are looking for a full-time Social Media Associate who will focus on the creation &amp; execution of timely &amp; compelling content across a variety of social media platforms. This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment both independently &amp; as part of a larger team. They should be a self-starter, enthusiastic, creative &amp; possess a strong attention to detail.

<b><i>**TERM - This is a one (1) year intern position with the option to extend for a second year.</i></b><br>
<br>
<b>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br>
<ul><li>Assist in the day-to-day strategizing, organization, &amp; creation of content, as well as posting of content on various Steelers-owned social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Snapchat &amp; YouTube</li><li>Steelers-owned social media accounts include but are not limited to Steelers, Steelers Nation Unite, Steelers Youth Football, Steelers Community Relations, Steelers History, Steelers Live</li><li>Take a prominent role in building &amp; executing the daily posting calendar for Steelers Nation Unite &amp; Steelers Youth Football social media accounts</li><li>Assist in community management by engaging with fan content &amp; monitoring of comments, messages, &amp; questions
</li><li>Research &amp; present new social media trends, pop culture references/memes, &amp; other opportunities for innovative content for use on social media accounts</li><li>Provide entertaining coverage for team events as needed, including but not limited to games, practices, special events, community events, product launches</li><li>Ability to create &amp; update graphic templates utilizing brand guidelines</li><li>Ability to edit social-first video content for X, Reels, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts &amp; TikTok</li><li>Perform other duties &amp; responsibilities assigned</li></ul><br>
<b>
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:</b><br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in media, digital, marketing, or related field</li><li>Experience working with &amp; understanding of social media platforms, their demographics, analytics, etc.</li><li>Experience in capturing platform-specific photo &amp; video content, using both cell phone &amp; DSLR camera</li><li>Experience covering events &amp; storytelling on social media platforms</li><li>Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software)</li><li>Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects a plus</li><li>Experience with social media analytics &amp; running performance reports</li><li>Ability to work in a high-paced, high-pressure, reactionary environment</li><li>Flexible to work nights &amp; weekends (when necessary)</li><li>Understanding of NFL &amp; football a plus</li></ul><br>
