Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and WordPress.</li><li>Create and manage custom WordPress themes and plugins.</li><li>Build and optimize RESTful APIs for integrations.</li><li>Write clean, secure, and reusable code following industry best practices.</li><li>Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.</li><li>Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.</li><li>Manage database structures, queries, and migrations (MySQL/MariaDB).</li><li>Ensure websites and applications are secure and scalable.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications: <ul><li>Strong proficiency in PHP (7.x/8.x).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Laravel framework&#8239;(middleware, queues, migrations, blade templates).</li><li>Experience with headless WordPress&#8239;or REST API/GraphQL.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of WordPress (theme customization, plugin development, hooks, filters, ACF, WooCommerce).</li><li>Solid understanding of MySQL, database design, and query optimization.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Tailwind.</li><li>Understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.</li><li>Experience with Git/GitHub or GitLab for version control.</li><li>Ability to integrate third-party APIs&#8239;and services.</li><li>Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years&#8239;of professional experience in PHP, WordPress, and Laravel development (adjust based on level).</li></ul>Contract Type : PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
