About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical, insight-driven, and client-focused Lead &ndash; Analytics to drive data strategy and marketing intelligence across multiple brands. This role blends marketing analytics, client consulting, adtech/martech, and team leadership.You will lead client interactions, guide analysts, and turn complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights that influence budgets, creative decisions, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as the primary analytics lead across multiple clients, driving all analytical discussions, performance reviews, and strategic presentations.</li><li>Build strong relationships with client marketing, media, and product teams.</li><li>Understand client goals deeply and convert them into structured analytical problem statements.</li><li>Present insights and recommendations that shape decision-making at senior stakeholder levels.</li><li>Own timelines and ensure high-quality delivery across all analytical workflows.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Capability Building<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, analytical rigor, and innovation.</li><li>Review outputs to ensure accuracy, insightfulness, and business relevance.</li><li>Establish standard processes, frameworks, and best practices for analytics delivery.</li></ul>Marketing Analytics &amp; Performance Insights<ul><li>Own end-to-end digital marketing analytics across paid media, user acquisition, and retention/lifecycle funnels.</li><li>Analyze performance across Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Affiliate, YouTube, and other digital channels to improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversions, and LTV.</li><li>Work extensively with AppsFlyer (and other MMPs) for attribution analysis, install tracking, deep-link measurement, cohort insights, and channel performance evaluation.</li><li>Conduct advanced analyses such as funnel diagnostics, cohort studies, incrementality testing, and attribution insights.</li><li>Build KPI frameworks, dashboards, and automated reporting systems for acquisition, engagement, and retention.</li><li>Partner closely with media teams to surface insights on budgets, audience quality, creatives, and channel efficiency.</li></ul>Insights, Strategy &amp; Measurement<ul><li>Deliver strategic, high-impact insights beyond reporting&mdash;highlighting opportunities, risks, and growth levers.</li><li>Lead A/B test design, experiment measurement, and post-experiment analysis.</li><li>Convert complex data patterns into simple, compelling narratives for leadership decision-making.</li></ul>Skills &amp; ExperienceMust-Have<ul><li>6+ years of experience in digital/marketing analytics, preferably in a digital agency or high-growth digital-first brand.</li><li>Strong command of SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Statsmodels), and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).</li><li>Deep knowledge of AppsFlyer (mandatory) and other MMPs&mdash;install tracking, cohort reporting, attribution windows, retargeting, and measurement setup.</li><li>Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across multiple accounts.</li><li>Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.</li></ul>Good-to-Have<ul><li>Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or similar data warehousing environments.</li><li>Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 Explorations.</li><li>Exposure to CRM and engagement platforms (Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage).</li><li>Understanding of statistical concepts, experiment design, and basic predictive modelling.</li></ul>Contract Type : PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination. Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Art Director with a strong digital agency background to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in crafting engaging visual designs across digital, social media, and integrated campaigns.
