As our <b>Maintenance Technician</b>, you will provide high quality service to our residents, joining a team of outstanding team members with a commitment to excellence. You will hold yourself to a high set of standards, demonstrate a positive, service-minded demeanor, and successfully manage multiple shifting priorities. You will be responsible for the routine maintenance of the physical integrity of the community, including daily pickup of grounds, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be our go-to person to ensure our residents are taken care of in the event of an emergency.<br>

**We are embracing technology in how we serve our communities. Our HVAC Technicians receive work orders on our Maintenance Mobile app. You will be provided a stipend for your use of your personal smartphone to stay connected with us and process through your work orders.**<br>
<br>
<b>Summary of responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents</li>
<li>Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)</li>
<li>Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry</li>
<li>Assist with court-ordered &ldquo;set-outs&rdquo; when necessary</li>
<li>Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)</li>
<li>Maintain grounds and curb appeal</li>
<li>Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks</li>
<li>Be responsive to on-call emergencies</li>
</ul><div><b>Successful candidates will hav</b>e:</div>
<ul><li>1+ years of related experience</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>HVAC training and certification preferred</li>
<li>Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)</li>
<li>Ability to be &ldquo;on-call&rdquo; for emergencies</li>
<li>Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications</li>
