As our Property Manager (we call them Community Managers&quot; because you are taking care of the community (people, pets, and things) - not just a property or an asset), you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including compliance, operations, concierge resident service, and financial performance, while assisting in the management and maintenance of all facets of assigned apartment communities.

Takes pride and ownership in the optimum performance of the property in areas such as people management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements and information reporting</li><li>
Knows their way around a computer, from a simple cut/paste to scanning documents and managing electronic files</li><li>
Embraces technology, including mobile app technology, and have a spirit of continuous improvement. Eager to try new systems and appreciate using technology to connect further vs. replacing interaction</li><li>

Position Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) and the ability to be on call to support our residents for emergencies

As our Maintenance Technician, you will provide high quality service to our residents, joining a team of outstanding team members with a commitment to excellence. You will hold yourself to a high set of standards, demonstrate a positive, service-minded demeanor, and successfully manage multiple shifting priorities. You will be responsible for the routine maintenance of the physical integrity of the community, including daily pickup of grounds, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be our go-to person to ensure our residents are taken care of in the event of an emergency.
**We are embracing technology in how we serve our communities. Our HVAC Technicians receive work orders on our Maintenance Mobile app. You will be provided a stipend for your use of your personal smartphone to stay connected with us and process through your work orders.**
Summary of responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents</li><li>
Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)</li><li>
Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry</li><li>
Assist with court-ordered &ldquo;set-outs&rdquo; when necessary</li><li>
Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)</li><li>
Maintain grounds and curb appeal</li><li>
Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks</li><li>
Be responsive to on-call emergencies</li></ul>
