We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary (CS) to manage corporate, legal, and regulatory compliances for our real-estate private limited company. The role involves ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws, and acting as a key governance professional supporting the Board and management.<ul><li>Ensure compliance under Companies Act and rules made there under</li><li>Prepare and file statutory returns and e-forms with MCA / ROC</li><li>Maintain statutory registers, records, and minutes</li><li>Draft agendas, notices, and minutes for Board Meetings, AGMs, EGMs</li><li>Advise the Board and management on corporate governance and legal risks</li><li>Assist in drafting agreements, resolutions, and policies</li><li>Support due diligence for funding, loans, and investor transactions</li><li>Coordinate secretarial audit and statutory audit requirements</li><li>Experience in real-estate, construction, or infrastructure sector preferred</li><li>Strong drafting and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple compliances and deadlines</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>High level of integrity and confidentiality</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
