Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).</li><li>Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.</li><li>Conduct onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.</li></ul>2. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing engagement initiatives.</li><li>Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.</li></ul>3. HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.</li><li>Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation.</li></ul>4. Performance Management<ul><li>Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting appraisals.</li><li>Identify training needs and coordinate learning &amp; development programs.</li><li>Provide guidance on career progression and succession planning.</li></ul>5. Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration<ul><li>Assist with payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.</li><li>Administer employee benefits, health insurance, and other perks.</li><li>Handle HR documentation related to compensation and benefits.</li></ul>6. Employee engagement activities Have to do all primary employee engagement activities with employees..Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.87 - &#8377;30,000.01 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 01/10/2025
