 🎯 What you&rsquo;ll do
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create
 
 high-performing ad creatives
 
 for Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce static, video, UGC-style, and motion creatives with speed and intent
 </li>
 <li>
 Design with a clear understanding of
 
 hooks, first frames, pacing, and CTAs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Growth &amp; UA to iterate creatives based on real performance data
 </li>
 <li>
 Scale winners, kill losers, fast, rationally, without emotional attachment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 🧠 What we expect
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience as a
 
 marketing artist / performance designer / creative designer
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to think beyond &ldquo;looks good&rdquo; and ask
 
 why it converts or why it doesn&rsquo;t
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong execution speed in tools like
 
 Figma, After Effects, Premiere (or equivalents)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of
 
 short-form video and paid social ad dynamics
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive mindset you don&rsquo;t wait for perfect briefs to start thinking
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with mobile apps, subscriptions, or consumer SaaS
 </li>
 </ul>

 Active use of
 
 AI creative tools
 
 (Midjourney, Runway, Gen-AI video/image tools, etc.)
