About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the company&rsquo;s day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records.</li><li>Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit &amp; loss statements, and other financial reports.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.</li><li>Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors and support in audits.</li><li>Process employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and payroll-related accounting.</li><li>Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of returns and maintaining records for tax compliance.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role (internship or full-time).</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.</li><li>Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax regulations.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic organization.</li><li>Exposure to real-time financial operations and business processes.</li><li>Supportive work culture and professional development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;9,945.07 - &#8377;20,070.15 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
