We&rsquo;re looking for a creative powerhouse to join our pizza brand as a Graphic Designer &amp; Content Creator / Social Media Manager. If you live and breathe design, understand social media trends, and know how to create mouth-watering visuals that make people stop scrolling&mdash;this role is for you.You&rsquo;ll handle day-to-day content creation, design brand assets, manage posting schedules, and keep our audience engaged across all platforms. From crafting irresistible pizza ads to producing short-form videos, your creativity will help elevate our brand to the next level.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design high-quality graphics for social media, website, ads, and print.</li><li>Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and short videos showcasing products and brand identity.</li><li>Manage daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.</li><li>Develop content calendars and plan campaigns for promotions, product launches, and events.</li><li>Photograph and film products, behind-the-scenes content, and customer experiences when needed.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and use insights to improve performance.</li><li>Edit videos, enhance product images, and optimize content for each platform.</li><li>Respond to comments/messages professionally and maintain community engagement.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in graphic design, content creation, or social media management (food/restaurant industry is a plus).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work.</li><li>Knowledge of brand identity and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think creatively.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Software Candidates Should Know:Graphic Design:<ul><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Canva</li><li>Figma (optional but preferred)</li></ul>Video Editing:<ul><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Adobe After Effects</li><li>CapCut or VN (for quick social edits)</li><li>DaVinci Resolve (optional)</li></ul>Photography &amp; Content Tools:<ul><li>Lightroom</li><li>Mobile gimbal / smartphone shooting skills</li><li>Basic product photography skills</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Management Tools:<ul><li>Meta Business Suite</li><li>TikTok Creative Center</li><li>Later / Buffer / Hootsuite (any scheduling tool)</li><li>ChatGPT &amp; AI content tools</li><li>Google Drive &amp; Workspace</li></ul>Additional Preferences:<ul><li>Passion for food branding and restaurant marketing.</li><li>Ability to create trendy, fun, and eye-catching content.</li><li>Understanding of advertising creatives for paid campaigns.</li><li>Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Must share your Graphics Designing Portfolio</li></ul>Work Location: In person
