The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality standards, and support the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.</li><li>Ensure staff provide excellent customer service at all times.</li><li>Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.</li><li>Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.</li><li>Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling, training, and motivating staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.</li><li>Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and shift checklists.</li><li>Monitor inventory and coordinate with the kitchen for supply requirements.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the restaurant.</li><li>Assist in marketing promotions and up-selling menu items.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, or similar role.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service and team management abilities.</li><li>Basic knowledge of restaurant accounting, POS systems, and reporting.</li><li>Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field.</li><li>Experience in fast-casual or Italian dining restaurants.</li><li>Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Staff meals provided.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and promotion within the company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Restaurant Supervisor (Preffered lady)

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team at Pizza Times in JLT, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality pizzas &mdash; especially Neapolitan-style &mdash; and be passionate about delivering excellent food and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, cook, and serve pizzas and pasta to the highest quality and presentation standards.</li><li>Stretch, shape, and toss pizza dough by hand (Neapolitan-style).</li><li>Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and toppings daily.</li><li>Operate and maintain electric pizza ovens.</li><li>Ensure all kitchen operations comply with food safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report requirements to the Restaurant Manager.</li><li>Support the preparation of pasta and burgers when needed.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas and kitchen equipment.</li><li>Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar kitchen role.</li><li>Skilled in pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and oven handling.</li><li>Familiarity with Italian cuisine preferred.</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Culinary school diploma or certification in food preparation.</li><li>Experience with Italian or pizza-focused restaurants.</li><li>Passion for food and creativity in developing new recipes.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Able to stand for long periods and work in a hot environment.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25+ pounds regularly.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Staff meals provided.</li><li>Opportunity for growth within the company.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>2years: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>ENGLISH (Required)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 15/11/2025
