With a strong presence in Kerala and now expanding to Tamil Nadu, we bring world-class design and execution to clients looking for premium-quality spaces.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives in Coimbatore. This role requires a confident communicator who can connect with high-value clients, developers, and stakeholders, while aligning with our brand&rsquo;s excellence in design and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation &amp; Business Development&middot; Identify and engage potential clients (homeowners, real estate developers, commercial property owners) through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.&middot; Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into active projects.Client Relationship Management&middot; Meet prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate Monnaie&rsquo;s offerings.&middot; Coordinate with the design and execution teams to deliver customized proposals and close deals.Strategic Market Development&middot; Build local partnerships with builders, realtors, and design consultants to generate continuous referrals.&middot; Represent Monnaie at real estate expos, design conferences, and regional networking events in and around Coimbatore.Sales Reporting &amp; Coordination&middot; Track performance and submit regular updates on leads, follow-ups, closures, and revenue forecasts.&middot; Collaborate with the Kerala head office and other regional teams to align sales strategies with overall goals.Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in sales is mandatory, specifically within interior design, architecture, real estate, construction, or other premium B2C service industries.</li><li>Prior experience in Coimbatore or strong knowledge of the local market is highly preferred.</li><li>Minimum one-year commitment to our organization is expected.</li></ul>If you do not meet the experience criteria or are not willing to commit for at least one year, kindly do not apply &mdash; this role will not be suitable for you.Skills:o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.o Client-focused approach with ability to sell premium design services.o Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory); knowledge of Malayalam is a bonus.o Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby regions as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Rs Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>architecture &amp; interior, construction, Interior Furnishing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English and Tamil (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
