Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Attend incoming (hot) client calls and note down key details accurately.</li><li>Enter lead and client information into internal tracking sheets or CRM.</li><li>Support the sales team by sharing timely updates and assisting with follow-ups.</li><li>Coordinate with the team to ensure proper documentation and status tracking.</li><li>Perform basic administrative tasks to support the sales workflow.</li><li>Maintain polite and professional communication with clients during initial interactions.</li><li>Share collected information with the concerned team members for further action.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline</li><li>2&ndash;3 year of experience and 1 Year in the Same industry mandatory.</li><li>Good communication skills in English and regional language.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email).</li><li>Willingness to learn and assist in a team environment.</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to handle client calls confidently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
