Position Summary:</b></div><div>
As a Custodian at PK Property Services, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and value being part of a supportive team.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Position Overview &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
General cleaning of specified areas to each specific facility&rsquo;s needs</li><li>
Window washing, sanitizing, dusting</li><li>
Floor care includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping</li><li>
General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms</li><li>
Completing daily reports for work completed</li><li>
Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

What You&rsquo;ll Need:</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify</li><li>
Ability to operate minor equipment</li><li>
Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision</li><li>
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks</li><li>
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment</li><li>
Ability to work in various weather conditions</li><li>
Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license (preferred)</li><li>
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (if required)</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
