If you are a motivated professional with a strong work ethic who values continuous learning and collaboration, we invite you to join our team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts</li><li>Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations</li><li>Assist clients with tax planning strategies designed to minimize tax liabilities</li><li>Perform account analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data</li><li>Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance and best practices</li><li>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to collect and organize information required for tax filings</li><li>Prepare financial statements and tax-related reports as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or a related field (required)</li><li>Enrolled Agent (EA) required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax accounting, including tax return preparation</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, private equity, and applicable tax regulations</li><li>Exposure to tax and accounting software, including Lacerte, ProSystems, Sage, Quicken, or similar platforms</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience in technical accounting and budgeting is a plus</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Flexible schedule with work-from-home options</li><li>Job Type: Contract/Temp to Perm</li><li>Compensation: $35.00 &ndash; Performance may vary based on relevant professional experience</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract, TemporaryPay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Dallas, TX 75287 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75287
