Your proactive approach and attention to detail will drive smooth financial processes, enabling organizations to thrive and grow confidently.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, TaxDome, or similar platforms.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy across all financial statements</li><li>Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation to uphold data integrity.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, account analysis, double entry bookkeeping, and technical accounting tasks to support organizational financial health.</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, TaxDome, Quicken or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles, non-profit accounting practices, governmental accounting, and GAAP standards.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, journal entries, and general ledger management.</li><li>Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes, payroll management, tax experience, and financial report writing.</li><li>Familiarity with technical accounting concepts including double entry bookkeeping, account analysis, and budget preparation.</li><li>Effective communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly and professionally.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: From $1,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
