We are seeking a Trial Department Assistant to add to our rapidly growing real estate practice! Our firm represents some of the largest property management firms in California. We will be opening regional offices in the Central Valley and Southern California as we continue to grow.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft legal documents and pleadings</li><li>Assist attorneys in trial preparation</li><li>Assist in discovery</li><li>Schedule court appearances and maintain trial attorney calendars</li><li>Respond to client inquiries via phone and email</li><li>Contact clients prior to trial to confirm dates, times, and court locations</li><li>Update clients on progress of their cases</li><li>Assist in other office administrative duties as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:<ul><li>Previous administrative office experience</li><li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multi-task and complete work in a timely and efficient manner</li><li>Minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute</li><li>Experience with Clio is a plus.</li></ul>Schedule:Position is full-time at 40 hours/week.
