 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 Financial Business Partnering

 Create compelling and accurate ad hoc financial analysis and deep dives as requested by business leaders and executive management to address specific strategic questions or operational challenges

 Support the preparation of materials for investor relations, including compiling relevant financial data and narratives for the consolidated business

 Assist in the preparation of executive and Board of Directors reporting packages, ensuring the company's financial performance is clearly and accurately presented

 Ideally You'll Have

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A), corporate finance, or public accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to serve as a financial business partner, translating financial data into actionable business insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with financial modeling &amp; forecasting
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with business systems (e.g., PowerBI, Coupa, NetSuite) is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with a financial planning software, implementation experience a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
 </li>
