Real Estate Media Producer &amp; Field Operations CoordinatorYour Opportunity: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Media Producer &amp; Field Operations Coordinator to bring our listing media production in-house while ensuring every property is presented at a high standard&mdash;both online and in the field.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for producing photo and video content, managing listing presentation details, and maintaining signage and lockbox systems. The right person thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and consistently follows through without needing to be managed.What You&rsquo;ll Do:Listing Media Production (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Capture professional photo and video for listings (interior, exterior, and detail shots)</li><li>Shoot walkthrough videos and short-form content</li><li>Operate drone for aerial photography/video (or willingness to become licensed)</li><li>Ensure homes are visually ready prior to shooting (lighting, blinds, small adjustments)</li></ul>Editing &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Edit photos and videos using established presets and brand standards</li><li>Deliver complete media packages within defined turnaround times</li><li>Format assets for MLS, social, and marketing use</li><li>Maintain organized file systems and media libraries</li></ul>Agent Headshots &amp; Branding Content<ul><li>Capture professional headshots for agents</li><li>Execute scheduled branding sessions using structured shot lists</li><li>Produce consistent, repeatable branding content (not one-off custom projects)</li></ul>Field Operations &amp; Listing Readiness<ul><li>Install and remove yard signs, riders, and directional signage</li><li>Place and manage lockboxes for listings</li><li>Ensure each listing is properly set up for showings and presentation</li><li>Conduct quick on-site checks to maintain listing quality</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Asset Management<ul><li>Track and maintain inventory of signs, riders, lockboxes, and materials as part of daily workflow</li><li>Ensure all assets are accounted for at time of installation and removal (no exceptions)</li><li>Keep storage areas organized and ready for immediate use</li><li>Maintain a simple, accurate tracking system for all sign and lockbox placements</li><li>Immediately flag missing items, discrepancies, or low inventory levels</li><li>Prevent loss, damage, and unnecessary replacement costs through consistent accountability</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Experience in photography and video production (real estate preferred)</li><li>Strong technical skills with camera equipment and editing software</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Able to manage multiple listings, deadlines, and field tasks simultaneously</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience with real estate media management, content creation, and real estate field work?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
