The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations. This role focuses on hands-on technical support, system administration, and implementation of IT solutions to support business needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES:Technical Support &amp; Operations<ul><li>Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve complex IT incidents and problems.</li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure system availability.</li><li>Maintain system documentation, configurations, and procedures.</li></ul>Infrastructure &amp; Systems Management<ul><li>Support servers, networks, storage, and cloud services</li><li>Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions (Active Directory / Azure AD)</li><li>Assist with system patching, upgrades, and deployments</li><li>Ensure backup, recovery, and data protection processes are followed</li></ul>Cybersecurity &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls (antivirus, EDR, firewall rules)</li><li>Support vulnerability management and remediation</li><li>Enforce security policies, password standards, and access controls</li><li>Assist in security incident response and investigation</li></ul>Applications &amp; Tools Support<ul><li>Support enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, POS, HR systems, Microsoft 365)</li><li>Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors</li><li>Assist with system integrations and automation tasks</li></ul>Project &amp; Improvement Support<ul><li>Participate in IT projects, migrations, and technology rollouts</li><li>Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency gains</li><li>Assist with testing, documentation, and user training</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>Relevant technical diploma acceptable with strong experience.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of hands-on IT experience.</li><li>Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.</li><li>Exposure to both infrastructure and end-user support.</li><li>Windows / Linux server administration.</li><li>Networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).</li><li>Active Directory / Azure AD.</li><li>Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).</li><li>Backup and recovery solutions.</li><li>Basic cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).</li><li>Microsoft Certified (Azure, M365)</li><li>ITIL Foundation</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

IT Specialist

The Family Entertainment Center Manager (FEC) is responsible for leading the daily operations of the FEC and Le Navire Boats, ensuring exceptional guest experience, strong team performance, strict safety compliance, and overall business success. This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on, performance-driven operations professional in the entertainment industry.Key Responsibilities &amp; Accountabilities:<ul><li>Lead operational planning and ensure all programs are effectively executed</li><li>Manage recruitment, training, and induction of the operations team in line with company policies</li><li>Oversee the opening and daily operations of the FEC and Le Navire Boats</li><li>Handle all operational procurement requirements</li><li>Operate the FEC and Le Navire in line with agreed KPIs</li><li>Forecast, develop, and manage the annual operations budget</li><li>Schedule and manage third-party suppliers and contractors</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders</li><li>Attend and contribute to Operations, HSE, and management meetings</li><li>Support the General Manager and Park Management in all operational matters</li><li>Provide full support to Park Sales and United Developers Marketing teams</li><li>Support other United Developers businesses as and when required</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 7 years of management experience in theme parks or the entertainment industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of Qatar&rsquo;s entertainment industry, regulations, safety standards, and compliance</li><li>Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices in theme park environments</li><li>Ability to work effectively with multi-cultural teams</li><li>Capable of working under pressure and meeting operational demands</li><li>Adaptable, proactive, and open to new challenges</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
