As the Head of Accounting and Finance you will be responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of financial records as well as leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost accounting to support the company's financial goals. In this senior role, you will act as a key partner in the financial decision-making process, contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and controlling with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the accounting and finance function.<ul>
<li>
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, commissions, financial reporting, and cost accounting,</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurately period/month ends processes and associated managerial accounting tasks and reports.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain robust internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements,</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements,</li>
<li>Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, authorities, financial institutions and regulatory agencies,</li>
<li>Plan, control, and implement the annual budgeting process,</li>
<li>Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and accounts ensuring they are produced on a timely basis (include KPI reports, budget, variance analysis),</li>
<li>Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, including budgeting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning,</li>
<li>Provide insights into key performance metrics and financial indicators to CEO and senior management,</li>
<li>Supervise tax declarations with ensuring compliance and guidelines set out by authorities,</li>
<li>Lead Teknopark tax declations, and project management,</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze accounting and other financial processes, creating a culture of continuous improvement to minimize costs and other inefficiencies.</li>

Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor's degree in, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. A master&rsquo;s degree is an asset ,</li>
<li>At least 10 years in accounting, finance, and controlling roles,</li>
<li>Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent is an asset,</li>
<li>Sound knowledge and experience on Turkish GAAP and IFRS,</li>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems (Canias preferred), advanced Excel, financial modeling, and reporting purposes,</li>
<li>Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements,</li>
<li>Sound backround in Technopark regulations and tax implications,</li>
<li>Experience in R&amp;D and production processes,</li>
<li>Strong communication skills,</li>
<li>Very good English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.</li></ul>

Head of Finance and Accounting

 We are looking for highly motivated Frontend &amp; Mobile software engineers to join our team in building software at the core of ground segment operations. The successful candidate will work with a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet the project requirements.

 Design and develop frontend web applications (React + TypeScript) and mobile applications (Flutter + Dart) used in ground segment operations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate UIs with backend services and real-time data (REST/GraphQL, WebSocket/SSE); implement robust state management and background/offline sync,
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement secure client-side authentication/authorization (OAuth2/Keycloak, JWT), session/refresh flows, and secure storage on mobile,
 </li>
 <li>
 Model and consume backend data via well-typed client models; manage client-side persistence (cache, local storage/SQLite) and efficient data fetching,
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement frontend applications (React) and mobile apps (Flutter) with reusable components, design systems, and accessibility,
 </li>
 <li>
 Write clean and maintainable code,
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with other team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Write automated tests (Jest/React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress; Flutter unit/widget/integration tests) to ensure quality,
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to CI/CD for web and mobile (build pipelines, store submissions, versioning), performance budgets, and observability (logging/metrics/crash reporting),
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure software quality,
 </li>
 <li>
 Documenting software design, and interface control documents.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 At least four years of experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, SOLID principles, DDD, Clean, Onion and, Event-Driven architectures,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in React + TypeScript and Flutter + Dart, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality web and/or mobile apps at scale.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to design, build, scale, and maintain production web/mobile applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of frontend architecture (component-driven design, routing, forms, performance, accessibility),
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs with robust client data-layer patterns (e.g., React Query/RTK Query; Flutter Bloc/Riverpod),
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with real-time client integrations (WebSocket/SSE), reconnection, back-off/retry, and optimistic updates,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience implementing OAuth2/Keycloak, JWT, token refresh, secure storage (Keychain/Keystore), and a11y/security best practices on the client,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with client-side storage (IndexedDB/LocalStorage; SQLite/Hive on mobile) and efficient caching/invalidation strategies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional experience with React (TypeScript); Flutter for mobile (Angular optional),
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience deploying web apps (CDN, SPA/SSR) and releasing mobile apps (Play/App Store) with telemetry (Crashlytics/Sentry) and feature flags,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
 </li>

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
