Job Profile of Payroll Executive&middot; Timely and Daily Collection of Attendance Sheets of All Branches and Coordinating for their timely daily Collection.&middot; Checking Attendance Sheets properly for Fraud &amp;Clearing Discrepancies with the Branches.&middot; Daily Punching of Attendance of all Employees of Grey Matters, Fly Foreign &amp; Planet E School in the Software&middot; Maintaining Record of 3 types of Employees : Under Observation, Working &amp; Left Employees.&middot; Informing HR of Left Employees (3 days without Notice Absent Rule) so that Termination Notices can be sent.&middot; Preparing Salaries on time.&middot; Resolving Salary Queries.&middot; Generating UAN for EPF Purposes.&middot; Preparing Full &amp; Finals of Employees leaving after giving 2 Months&rsquo; Notice.&middot; Coordinating with Accounts Department for Salary, Hold Salary, Clubbed Salary, EPF &amp;Full &amp; Finals.&middot; Preparing in Advance the Lists of Employees who have Birthdays in a Month or who will be completing 1, 2 or more Years of Service in that month.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
