Experience in recruitment and HR management is a big plus.Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Familiar with the functions and recruitment standards of each post in various departments.</li></ul><ul><li>Collect recruitment needs of each department on a monthly basis.</li></ul><ul><li>Expand recruitment channels, publish recruitment information, screen candidate resumes, arrange and follow up interviews, and achieve recruitment targets.</li></ul><ul><li>Daily HR report Output.</li></ul>Required Experience, Skills, and QualificationsIT Recruitment, HR, Knowledge of the Internet.<ul><li>Master degree in HR or related field</li></ul><ul><li>At least 1years of IT Recruitment or HR.
