Primary Job Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Primary duties involves collecting and removing trash for medical site.</li><li>
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.</li><li>
Stripping, buffing and waxing floors of various types as well.</li><li>
Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.</li><li>
Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.</li><li>
Emptying trash cans as well as washing and drying windows.</li><li>
Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs.</li><li>
Assisting building management with all projects and all other job duties as requested.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements:</b></div><br>

Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.</li><li>
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.</li><li>
Experience in similar roles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets.</li><li>
Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.</li><li>
Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.</li><li>
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

In this critical role, the qualified candidate will work to improve Planned Companies&rsquo; market position and drive financial growth. S/he will build key customer relationships, identify lucrative business opportunities, and negotiate and close business deals. The ideal candidate will be highly personable, an expert negotiator, and experienced in sales and business development.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Responsible for targeting and attaining new business for the company&rsquo;s three service offerings across this territory<i>. </i>Expected to deliver annual new business revenue in excess of $3M.</li><li>
Utilize CRM type platforms to build a pipeline of qualified prospects and expected to set weekly meetings with these opportunities.</li><li>
Target and focus will be on Residential and Commercial properties where Property Managers, owners/developers, and facilities will be the point of contact.</li><li>
Join multiple industry organizations and attend networking events throughout the year to build and grow new relationships.</li><li>
Attend several trade show/conferences throughout the year, where s/he will be required to set up booths, run and manage all traffic while pitching prospective clients.</li><li>
Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business development decisions for new prospects and existing clients.</li><li>
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the sales territory, including revenue, sales pipeline, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>
Work closely with other departments, such as Operations &amp; Marketing, to ensure that business development efforts are aligned with company goals and strategies for your territory.</li><li>
Create and leverage relationships with partner companies and industry experts to reach new prospects and continually build strong pipeline.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>
Must have 7 to 10 years of proven sales experience.</li><li>
Established in presentations such as PowerPoints, proposal reviews, company pitch.</li><li>
Vehicle is required with a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>
Ability to travel daily and be prepared for multiple overnight trips throughout the year</li><li>
Strong attention to detail to provide timely &amp; accurate pipeline &amp; sales activity updates via CRM system.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
